Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is senior citizen aged more than 75 years he filed an application for demarcation of two land i.e. bearing khasra No.967/2 and khasra No.335 part at village Seepat, though he was given memo that the demarcation would done on 3/02/2021 at 12 pm and 1 pm, however respective RI have not reported to demarcate the land, therefore it is submitted that the Revenue Inspector, Revenue Circle, Seepat, Tahsil Masturi may be directed to carry out the demarcation within a specified time taking into the age of the petitioner.

Perusal of the Annexure P-3 and Annexure P-4 would show that memo were issued to the petitioner that demarcation of the land would be carried out on 3/02/2021, however it is stated that the same is not being carried out. Considering

the age of the petitioner who is aged about 75 years, the respondent No.5, Revenue Inspector, Revenue Circle-Seepat, Tahsil Masturi is directed to carry out the demarcation in between 19th and 20th April, 2021 on either date, thereafter shall submit the report within a period of 30 days. 3.
