1. Though number of grounds have been urged in the petition, on the personal ground of treatment of petitioner's daughter in Apollo Hospital, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the transferring authority may be directed to consider his representation.

2. Considering the aforesaid submission and that the petitioner has submitted representation to the Collector, it is directed that representation of the petitioner on personal ground may be considered and decision may be taken within 4 weeks.
