1. The applicant has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with P.O.R. No. 15544/2016, registered at Police Station -Forest Circle Arjuni, District- Balodabazar- Bhatapara (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 9, 50 and 51 of the Wild Life Protection Act 1972.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application on the submission that the applicant is willing to surrender, cooperate with the investigation and apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below. He prays that looking to the nature of offence, the trial Court may be directed to decide the regular bail application of the applicant on the same day.

3. Considering the submission made, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
