Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 25/10/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the notice dated 01.09.2017 has been issued by the respondent No. 5- Assistant Revenue Officer, Durg to the petitioner for removal of the encroachment on Corporation land whereas he has not encroached upon the said land.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation would submit that the petitioner may file reply which will be considered and decided by the Corporation expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, the petitioner shall file additional reply within two weeks from today and thereafter, further two weeks time is granted to the Corporation to consider and take decision on the same. The petitioner shall not be removed from the subject land for a period of four weeks. 5.
