Shri Mateen Siddiqui, Advocate Order On Board 15/07/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite order passed by this Court on 25/07/2014, representation has not been decided. 2.

Upon perusal of pleadings and documents, particularly communication dated 22/10/14 (Annexure C/3), it appears that the petitioner was directed to submit necessary information towards compliance of the Court's order. There is no averment in the petition nor any document to show that the petitioner did his part to supply necessary information. Therefore, I am not inclined to issue notice.

If the information is not supplied by the petitioner, he shall supply necessary information available with him as required under communication dated 22/10/14. Thereafter, if the authority does not decide the representation, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps to revive contempt petition.
