On 09.02.2017 learned senior counsel Shri H.B. Agrawal appearing for the applicant had submitted that the sole applicant has died on 15.10.2016. 2.
Learned State counsel has verified the fact and a death certificate showing death of the applicant on 15.10.2016 has also been produced before this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant has also filed I.A. No. 1 of 2017 along with a copy of the death certificate for dismissal of the revision as abated.

There is no application on behalf of any legal representative of the deceased applicant to prosecute this revision any further. 4.
