2. Minor Arvind Sidar, S/o. Shri Jairam Sidar, aged about 12 years, through his mother Smt. Dipika Sidar, R/o. Village Sarvani, Tahsil & District Raigarh, presently residing at Baikunthpur, Raigarh, P.S.-City Kotwali Raigarh, Tahsil and District Raigarh (C.G.).

(1) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would confine his submission to the mode of payment to the minors non-applicant No.1 and non-applicant No.2 namely Ku. Jyoti Sidar and Arvind Sidar alleging that guardian mother is likely to misuse the amount of maintenance, if amount of maintenance is allowed to be paid through her.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant at this stage as no case is made out for modifying the order. However, the applicant is free to make suitable application before the concerned Family Court to modify the order and to establish the misuse of the maintenance amount by the guardian mother and, if such an application is filed before the concerned Family Court, the said Court is free to proceed the order in accordance with law. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the revision stands finally disposed of.
