This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that he has been subject to frequent transfer. According to the petitioner, initially he was appointed as a Sub-Engineer vide order dated 16.09.2013 on a probation of two years and was posted at the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Antagarh, Distt. Kanker, where from he was sent to C.G. Rural Road Development Agency, Jagdalpur, Distt. Bastar vide order dated 31.10.2014. From Jagdalpur, he was shifted to Bilaspur on 29.11.2014. Now the petitioner, within a short period has been transferred again.

On petitioner's showing, period of minimum stay at one station, as per policy dated 11.06.2016 clause 2.7, is one year. This period, the petitioner has already served for more than one year at the present place of posing.

May be that earlier, prior to his posting at Bilaspur, the petitioner was frequently shifted, however, at Bilaspur he has remained posted for 01 year and 07 months, which is definitely more than the period prescribed in the policy. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the ground of frequent transfer as a ground of challenge to the transfer order.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.

This order will not come in the way of the petitioner while making representation for consideration on any other ground except ground raised in this petition.
