Since after passing of the impugned order, the petitioner has also moved before the CIT (Exemption), Bhopal for reconsideration of the rejection of the stay application, the Writ Petitions are disposed of with an observation that while deciding the application for reconsideration, the CIT (Exemption) shall provide opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass reasoned order. It will be open for the petitioner to press the contents of the circular dated 31.7.2017 while arguing the matter before

the CIT (Exemption). The original Appeal preferred before the CIT (Appeals) shall also be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a period of 8 weeks.
