Learned counsel for the respondent filed a counter affidavit in which it is stated that no crime has been registered in the light of complaint dated 20.04.2018, which was filed against this applicant. On the basis of the statement as mentioned hereinabove, it is found that there is no apprehension of arrest of the applicant in this case, therefore, the anticipatory bail petition is disposed off.
