Mr. Goutam Khetrapal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR has been registered against the concerned accused persons on 18/12/2019 but police has not taken any action against the said accused persons.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length.

Be that as it may, no direction can be issued for interfering with the investigation at this stage, but the police authorities are expected to proceed in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
