Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the order passed by this Court, the respondents have rejected the claim of the petitioner.

In view of the decision taken by the respondents rejecting the claim of the petitioner, the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of, reserving the right of the petitioner to assail the subsequent decision taken by the respondents.
