The petitioner's grievance is that even though the petitioner has been transferred vide order dated 28.05.2016, she has not been allowed to join at the present place of posting and also not allowed to work.

As long as the order dated 28.05.2016 is in existence and there is no judicial order or order passed by any higher official staying it, the petitioner should be continued. The Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Raipur shall consider and either allow the petitioner to join and to do work or pass a speaking order as to why the petitioner is not entitled for joining within a period of 07 days from the date of receipt copy of this order.

The petition is disposed off at this stage with liberty to revive in case the occasion arises.
