The petitioner has preferred this writ petition against the order Annexure - P/1 whereby the District Education Officer, Bilaspur, has taken steps to decide as to who are the surplus teachers working in a particular school. 2.

Since no order declaring the petitioner surplus has yet been passed, the writ petition deserves to be and is hereby dismissed as premature at the motion stage itself.
