Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order 08/04/2021 1) The matter is heard through Video Conferencing. 2) The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as they are in custody since 09/02/2021 in connection with Crime No. 80/2017 registered at Police Station Udaypur, District Sarguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376D & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3) Learned counsel for the applicants seek to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh application as and when occasion arises.

4) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
