Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the contemnors Mr. Tikeshwar Singh, Sub Divisional Officer & Prescribed Officer (Panchayat) and Mr. Pankaj Dev, Chief Executive Officer (Janpad Panchayat) are present before this Court and the order dated 11.06.2015 passed by this Court in WP(C) 989/2015 has been complied with.

At this juncture learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that since the Order dated 11.06.2015 has now been complied with and no any grievance survives he does not want to press the Contempt Application any

further.
