When the matter is taken up today, the counsel for the applicant undertakes that default shall be removed during the course of the day.

With the consent of the parties, the MCC is heard. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 04.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 6838 of 2019. The modification sought for is only to the extent that the name of the Petitioner No. 02 be corrected, as on account of a clerical error, the name of the Petitioner No. 02 in the cause title of the order has been mentioned as "Ashok Verma" in place of "Alok Verma". The modification sought for is not opposed by the State Counsel.

Accordingly, the Order dated 04.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 6838 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that in the cause title, the name of the Petitioner No. 02 shall be read as "Alok Verma" instead of "Ashok Verma".

The present MCC stands allowed and disposed off. Let a copy of this Order be placed in the records of WPS No. 6838 of 2019.
