At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has already preferred representation before the respondent authority, which has failed to evoke response by the respondents, which led to filing of the instant petition.

In transfer matters, as the policy stands and the petitioner has already preferred representation, it needs to be decided expeditiously and it cannot be kept pending indefinitely. Let representation of the petitioner be decided within four weeks. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is finally disposed off with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy as may be available to him under the law, in case, grievance of the petitioner is not redressed.
