Petitioner's earlier writ petition being WPS No.4252/2017 was disposed of on 04.09.2017 enabling her to prefer a representation against the impugned transfer order, under which she has been transferred as Fishery Inspector from Durg to Gariyaband. When the present petition was taken up for hearing

on 13.10.2017, it was argued that the person in place of whom the petitioner was posted at Gariyaband has not been relieved, therefore, it is difficult for the petitioner to join at Gariyaband. This Court thereafter directed that if the petitioner has not been relieved, she shall not be relieved till the next date of hearing. 2.

Shri Adhiraj Surana, learned Dy. Government Advocate would submit, on instructions, that three posts of fishery Inspector are vacant at Gariyaband, therefore, there is no difficulty for the petitioner's joining at the said place.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation submitted after the order passed in her earlier writ petition is still pending consideration and this Court had granted interim protection to the petitioner on 13.10.2017, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction that during pendency of the petitioner's representation which she had preferred pursuant to order dated 04.09.2017 passed in WPS No.4252/2017 or for a period of 8 weeks from today, whichever is earlier, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at Durg.
