Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 25/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that in spite of award dated 18.07.2016 passed by the respondent No. 3 in favour of the petitioners, no compensation has been paid to the petitioners in lieu of acquisition of their lands till date. The petitioners have also preferred several representations to the respondent No. 02- National Highway Authorities of India, but it has not been considered till date. Therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authority for disbursing the
compensation amount to the petitioners expeditiously. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 02- National Highway Authorities of India is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' representation qua their land strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
