Order On Board 07/10/2015 This petition has been filed by the petitioner raising grievance that a written report submitted by the petitioner has not been registered against one, who has removed articles/valuable equipments from the construction site. 2.
On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that according to the respondents, the petitioner himself is responsible and in fact, the respondents have already taken action in the matter and according to the respondents, the background, in which, the report has been lodged by the petitioner requires proper enquiry and presently enquiry has been made and appropriate steps in accordance with law will be taken by the appropriate authority. 3.
In view of submission made by learned counsel for the parties, at this stage, the background, in which, the application has been made by the petitioner before the
police authorities, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to respondents to complete the enquiry and take appropriate steps in the matter in accordance with the directions issued by the Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others1 .
