(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.230/2014, registered at Police Station Baikunthpur, District Korea, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(D), 342, 368 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4, 17, 18 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 23.03.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1255/2015. (4) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the

trial has almost completed as most of the prosecution witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court. (5) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial is on advance stage and most of the material prosecution witnesses have been examined before the trial Court, therefore, the second bail application is disposed off with a direction to learned Sessions Judge to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order without further delay as the applicant is in jail since 18.10.2014.
