After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also prays for liberty to file repeat application praying for exemption of the amount which is mandatory to be deposited at the stage of filing appeal under the provision of RERA Act, 2016.

On the basis of the submission made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty is granted as prayed for. Liberty is granted to the petitioners for filing repeat application for exemption and it is directed that if any

-2such application is filed before the RERA appellate Tribunal by the petitioners, the appellate Tribunal shall be obliged to consider on the same and decide it at the earliest.
