By this petition, the petitioners are seeking direction against the respondents for consideration of their cases for grant of promotion on the post of AG-III. 3.
Learned counsel for the parties would jointly submit that in a similar matter, this Court had disposed off the petition (WPS No.1440 of 2015), vide order dated 24-04-2015 with a direction for consideration of representation and prayed that this matter may also be disposed off on the similar lines. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would prefer fresh
representation along with a copy of order dated 24-04-2015 passed by this Court in WPS No.1440 of 2015 before the competent authority. 5.
In view of above, this petition is finally disposed off on similar lines with a direction to respondent authority for consideration of their representation and take decision thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
