Prayer in this petition is made to start the investigation in FIR No.122/2017 registered at Police Station Rajim, District Gariyaband. 2.

It appears that the petition is premature. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach higher authorities and may seek appropriate remedy which is available to him. Under the Cr.P.C. prayer in the like nature at the first instance cannot be gone into by the High Court in exercise of power

under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. Considering the time of the FIR which appears to be in the month of June, 2017, this court is not inclined to interfere at this stage to take over the monitoring of FIR. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
