Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 04/08/2016 (1) Heard.

(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.05/2015, registered at Police Station Saja, District Bemetara, for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 06.04.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1221/2015 and second bail application of the applicant was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 23.11.2015 passed in

M.Cr.C.No.6673/2015 .

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
