Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 23/10/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of Additional Collector dated 14.09.2017 dismissing the case of the respondent No. 6, the respondent No. 06 is not removing the encroachment upon the subject land hence, this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been preferred by the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make a representation before the Collector, Bilaspur for the redressal of his grievances within 30 days from today and in that event, the Collector shall do the needful to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law subject to further proceedings, if any, taken by the respondent No. 6. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
