1. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to move a fresh representation to the respondents against the rejection of his representation filed against the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019 and wishes to highlight the observations made by the Writ Court in WPS No. 3935 of 2020 disposed on 07.10.2020 in his representation which according to the petitioner has not been duly considered by the authorities while deciding the representation.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer a fresh representation to the authorities concerned ventilating his grievance. On such representation being made, the authorities concerned are expected to decide the same in accordance with the provisions of law and the policy governing the field, at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the fresh representation of the petitioner.
