Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C and liberty is granted to make petition before the trial Court to establish the juvenality of the applicant and also a liberty is granted to file a repeat application in case the outcome of that petition is in favor of the applicant.
