Agrawal Order On Board 06/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's case for grant of compensation has been rejected by respondent No.3-Additional Collector, Rajnandgaon on 22.09.2017, therefore, he may be allowed to make representation before respondent No.1 for grant of compensation.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make representation before respondent No.1 for grant of compensation. If such representation is filed by the petitioner, in that event Respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same, if furnishable expeditiously

preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
