Agrawal Order On Board 30/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's brother and sister-in-law have been died due to burn injury in lieu of which the petitioner is entitled for grant of compensation as per the State Government circular dated 03.08.2011, for which he has made representation to the Collector, Bilaspur, but the same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
