Agrawal Order On Board 24/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has deposited the entire loan amount to respondent No.2-Zila Sahkari Krishi Aur Gramin Vikas Bank, District JanjgirChampa, yet the tractor and trolley are not released by the said authority till now, hence this petition.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance. If the petitioner files representation before the respondent No.2, in that event respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same
