During the course of argument, learned counsel for the appellant, while submitting that he would like to assail the order dated 06/01/2014 before an appropriate forum, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this appeal with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedy available to him under the law as the present appeal is not maintainable against the order dated 06/01/2014 passed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. 3.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order dated 06/01/2014 to the learned counsel for the appellant on furnishing the photocopy of the same.
