Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 24/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent No. 01Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur on 04.10.2017 complaining about the illegal and unauthorized construction made by the respondent No.4 but till date no action has been taken by the respondent No. 1. Therefore, directions may be issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly

allowed.

Be that as it may, the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur is directed to look into the matter and take appropriate measures expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
