1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved application before the respondent No.2/Regional Transport Officer, Bhanpuri for grant of permit to ply vehicle on 02/12/2014 but the application has remained pending without any decision on it.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is pending before the respondent No.2, the application shall be decided in accordance with law.

3. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, it would be proper to dispose off this petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
