The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the Annexure-P/1 dated 14/08/2017 whereby the petitioner has been posted from Tilda, Forest Raipur to Chhura Range, Forest Gariaband.

According to the counsel for the petitioner though the order of transfer was passed on 14/08/2017, but it has not been acted upon so far as the petitioner is concerned till now.

This by itself cannot be a ground for entertaining the Writ Petition.

Perusal of record would show that, at the present place of posting, the petitioner is working since 2011 i.e. almost for about 7 years. 5.
Given the said facts that the petitioner has already worked for 7 years at the present place of posting, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition on merits.

Though this Court is reluctant to entertain the Writ Petition, the petitioner would be at liberty to ventilate his grievance by making an appropriate representation to the concerned authorities in respect of his grievances and on such representation, it is expected that the authorities shall consider the same in accordance with the rules and guidelines framed in this regard.
