The ground of challenge in this petition is that the wife of the petitioner is ailing and is suffering from several diseases. Except the petitioner, there is no other person to look after her. 2.
The ground of challenge does not warrant interference by this Writ Court. However, if the petitioner prefers representation, the representation is required to consider by the transferring authority in accordance with the terms of Transfer Policy of the Government and take a decision thereon within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In addition, the petitioner may prefer detailed representation also.
