For Respondent/State : Shri Rajesh Singh, Deputy GA. Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 20/03/2019 :

1. This writ petition has been preferred to highlight the irregularities committed by respondents No.5 & 6, who are President and Secretary of Shri Kanya Kubjh Vaishya Mahasabha, Bilaspur, a society registered under the Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (for short 'the Adhiniyam').

2. Any complaint against the affairs of the society is to be considered by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies under Section 32 of the Adhiniyam. Therefore, ends of justice would be served if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall submit fresh application before the Registrar under Section 32 of the Adhiniyam within a period of one month from today and thereafter the Registrar shall consider and decide the application after making due enquiry and providing opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties. The Registrar shall decide the proceeding expeditiously, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of submission of application by the petitioner.
