Order On Board 16/03/2018 (1) Learned cousnel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to make further representation to the Collector, Balrampur for redressal of his grievanes and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner makes further representation to the Collector, Balrampur for redressal of his grievances, the same shall be considered and decided by the Collector, Balrampur in accordance with law expeditiously.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
