1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the policy of the State that the land are to be settled in the favour of encroachers, the petitioner filed an application dated 16.12.2020 and as per the policy of the State dated 11.09.2019, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs. 27,55,372/- on 15.10.2020 which the petitioner is willing to pay. He further submits that certain notices has been issued on 27.02.2021 stating that the petitioner is illegal occupant of the land, therefore the encroachment made by the petitioner may be removed.

2. Perused the documents.

Perusal of the documents shows that on the application filed by the petitioner dated 16.12.2020, as per the policy of the State dated 11.09.2019, the petitioner was asked to deposit Rs. 27,55,372/- as she being the encroacher of the land, the land is to be settled in her favour. It is further submitted that till date the amount has not been paid and it is being stated that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the amount.

4. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to deposit the amount as required by letter dated 15.10.2020 within a month with the Nazul Officer, Raigarh. In such case, if such deposit are made the notice dated 27.02.2021 shall not be acted upon. It is also directed that till the aforementioned period of depositing the amount expires further the allotment of the land shall not be finalized in favour of any third party if the allotment is yet not finalized.
