1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though petitioner has retired from the post of Assistant Veterinary Surgeon/veterinary officer, but he was entitled for Kramonnati benefits after

the completion of 20-25 years which the respondent/State authorities ought to have fixed in a proper pay-scale but that has not been considered and charges against the petitioner have also been dropped and though he has made representation, but that has not been considered and decided, therefore, his representation may be directed to be considered and decided.

2. Learned State counsel would submit that petitioner's representation, if not already decided, will be considered and decided within six weeks.

3. Be that as it may, respondents/State is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Kramonnati and consider and decide his representation in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within three weeks from today.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
