Agrawal Order On Board 30/10/2017 (1) This writ petition has filed by the petitioner merely for verification of caste certificate of his son namely Pravin Chokikar by the respondent No.3, but the same is not being verified by the said authority and, therefore, respondent No.3 may be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for verification of caste certificate of his son, expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
