JUDGMENT
C24.12.2014) PerT.P.Sharma, J.:- Learned counsel for fheiSppellant submits that sole appellant has died.
By this criminal appeal, the appellant has challenged the legality & propriety of the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 11.06.1998 passed by the Sessions Judge, Bastar at Jagdalpur, in Sessions Trial No.471/97, whereby & whereunder learned Sessions Judge has convicted the appellant under Section 302 of the IPC and sentenced imprisonment for life.
As per report of Sessions Judge, Bastar at Jagdalpur, dated 08.12.2014, sole appellant-Fakir Bhatra has died on 02.09.2010. On account of death of sole appellant, the appeal stands abated and dismissed as abated.
