1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.162/2014 registered at Police Station Rajim, Distt. Gariyaband, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 421, 408, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120B read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move repeat bail application before the Court below on the basis of subsequent event / changed circumstances.
