Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the Madarsa Rizviya Anvarvi Uloom run by the petitioner has been locked by respondent No. 3- SHO, Sirgitti against which the petitioner has also made a representation to respondents No. 2 and 3 on 16.05.2017 but that has not been considered and decided till date. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to consider
the petitioner's application and take decision strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 10 days from the date of production of copy of this order and pass a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the petitioner. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to make an additional representation to the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievances.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
