Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 26.07.2017 passed in MCRC No. 4177/2017 wherein it was directed that they shall appear before the I.O./S.H.O./In-charge as the case may be of Police Station- Pamgarh DistrictJangir-Champa on 1st & 3rd Monday of every month till disposal of the criminal case against them. He submits that subsequently, the charges have been framed and the petitioners are marking appearance before the court where the charge-sheet is pending.
Perused the order dated 26.07.2017 and the charge-sheet. It appears that the petitioners are marking appearance before the court below wherein the chargesheet has been filed. In view of the change in circumstances, the order dated 26.07.2017 passed in MCRC No. 4177/2017 wherein the petitioners were directed to appear before the SHO of concerned police station on 1st & 3rd Monday of every
month at 11.00 p.m. sharp is hereby modified to the extent that the petitioners shall now appear before the learned trial court on the date of hearing as and when fixed by the said court.
