Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 25/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit
that on the private land of the petitioner houses for the poor people are being constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna by respondents No. 3, 4, 5 and 6 against which the petitioner has also preferred several representations before the respondent authorities but it has not been considered till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the Collector, District- Balrampur is directed to look into the matter and take decision on the same expeditiously preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
