Agrawal Order On Board 30/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' land has not been acquired by the respondent authorities under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, yet the construction of road is being made by the respondent authorities on the petitioners' land, which is illegal and contrary to law.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the parties. (3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Mahasamund is directed to look

into the petitioners' case and ensure that the petitioners' land is not taken without any authority of law and the same be done within a period of two weeks' from the date of receipt of production of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
