Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 06.04.2021
1. The only issue in the present writ petition is the leave application of the petitioner for grant of leave from 09.11.2020 to 16.11.2020 for a period of 8 days which the petitioner had availed in order to attend his seriously ailing grand-mother. The further grievance of the petitioner is the non-releasing of salary to the petitioner for the month of November, 2020.
2. Given the short issue involved, the present writ petition, at this juncture, stands disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner both in respect of the leave application for the aforementioned period and also in respect of the unpaid salary for the month of November, 2020. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. The writ petition according stands disposed of. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
