Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of

reply filed by the State Government, the purpose of filing this petition has been served. He further submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition, however, direction may be issued to the Registry for refunding the security amount deposited by the petitioner.

State counsel has no objection to this proposition. 3.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn directing the Registry to refund the security amount, if any, deposited by the petitioner.
